Our STRIPE-CALC spreadsheet program is designed to help you price parking lot striping and sealcoating jobs. To use it you simply enter data that you collect from the jobsite into the spreadsheet. It will calculate the price based upon what you enter. There is a section for striping as well as sealcoating. The sealcoating section adjusts pricing for clean and rough parking lots. Also, the program will estimate your profit for the job. I use this myself and have found it to be very helpful. Included with the spreadsheet is our “marketing guide”. It walks you through how to get jobs and includes some sample letters and flyers.
The spreadsheet is designed to be easy to use. The pricing data is already entered but you can edit it to match your market prices if you wish. All you really have to do is enter the price you pay per gallon of paint and you are ready to start calculating jobs.
The spreadsheet and marketing guide are $24.99 and are available in a downloadable format. After you pay via paypal you will be given a download link. The link will take you to a directory where you can download the files individually or all at one time as a .zip file. The spreadsheet can be opened one of three ways. First, you can open the spreadsheet using Excel. Second, you can open the spreadsheet using the included “spread32” program. Third, you can go to docs.google.com and use that free service to open the spreadsheet.
